Hollow Tree’s Resort is located on Sipora Island in the Mentawai Archipelago, West Sumatra, Indonesia. With white sandy beaches, brilliant blue waters and about 10 of the world’s finest waves in our vicinity, the Mentawai’s has by no accident become an ever-expanding and popular holiday destination for surfers and eco-tourists from all walks of life.

OVERVIEW

HT’s, short for “Hollow Tree’s” and also known as “Lances right”, was discovered in the early 70’s and named by surfers due to the huge hollow tree standing tall on the reef. In 1999 a huge swell tore the tree down, leaving only the legendary name. The resort’s property stretches over 150 meters of absolute beachfront land with the world-class HT’s surf break directly in front of the resort. All four villas are positioned directly on the beach 20 meters from the water’s edge. Complete with AC, TV’s, hot showers, mini-bar fridge and in-room safes.

Hollow Tree’s Resort provides a shared accommodation of 8 rooms in 4 villas. Maximum capacity per room up to 3 people – total of 16 to 18 people. Both double and single beds available. All villas are a combination of modern and natural design. Every villa provides its own private dip pools with AC, TV, hot water, mini fridge and in-room safes.
